LEADERSHIP TRAINING
Becoming a leader requires you to draw on different skills than those that got you where you are now.
In this training, we study different aspects of leadership, clarify what great looks like and create goals centred on these softer skills.
Crucially, we also focus on understanding your interactions and relationships as it’s my belief that excellent communication is the key to unlocking true leadership success.
1:1 MANAGER SUPPORT
Becoming a leader for the first time requires you to tap into different skills and adopt a fresh way of thinking. This can be a daunting task, especially if your previous roles have been focussed on detail and analysis.
I’ll work closely with you to understand what you need to deliver for your team and how to do it, helping you to succeed as a leader more quickly and more sustainably.
This support is designed to be ongoing with a particular emphasis on goal setting and people development.
TEAM DEEP DIVE
For you to succeed as a leader, you need to understand your team at a deeper level. We’ll work together to really get to grips with your team’s needs and motivations as well as how you can tap into them to succeed together.
You’ll leave with a better understanding of your team than ever, enabling you to work with them to create more meaningful goals, encourage professional development and lead them to stronger delivery, innovation and performance.

As a certified DISC practitioner, I can take you through the process of undertaking personality profiling and help you determine what the results mean for you and the people you lead.
